Founded in 2022 as Latina Rising, our organisation began with a simple belief: access to the right knowledge and relationships can make a meaningful difference to someone's entrepreneurial journey. Since then, we've grown into Latin Americans Rising, supporting entrepreneurs from across Latin America as they explore, develop and pursue their business ambitions in the UK.

Why We Exist
Talent shouldn't be limited by access. For many aspiring entrepreneurs, finding reliable information, understanding unfamiliar business systems, accessing experienced guidance and building professional networks can be challenging. Language barriers, limited local connections and the cost of specialist support can create additional obstacles. We believe these barriers should not determine who gets to explore entrepreneurship or develop their potential. That's why we work to make practical business education, guidance and meaningful connections more accessible to Latin American communities in the UK.
