With a background in people leadership, partnerships and social impact, she leads the organisation's strategy, programme development and institutional relationships, working to advance economic inclusion through entrepreneurship.

BRAND & VISUAL LEAD

Briana leads LAR's brand identity and visual communications, shaping how our mission, programmes and community stories are presented. Through creative direction and design, she helps build a consistent and recognisable identity that reflects our values and connects with the people we serve.

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Eva helps strengthen the relationships at the heart of Latin Americans Rising. She supports community engagement and communication, helping entrepreneurs stay connected, share experiences and access information about our initiatives within a welcoming and supportive environment.

DATA ANALYST

Daya supports LAR's approach to data, helping organise and analyse information about our programmes, participants and community engagement. Her work strengthens our ability to understand emerging needs, make informed decisions and develop more meaningful ways to measure our impact.

EVENT COORDINATOR

Daniela coordinates the planning and delivery of LAR's events and community initiatives. She brings together the people, schedules and practical arrangements needed to deliver well-organised activities, helping create engaging and welcoming experiences for participants, facilitators and partners.

GRANTS MANAGER

Laura supports the development of LAR's funding opportunities, from researching grants to preparing applications and coordinating funding information. Her work contributes to securing the resources needed to sustain our programmes and make entrepreneurship support more accessible.

Johanna contributes to the preparation and coordination of LAR's events, helping turn plans into well-organised experiences. She supports activities that bring entrepreneurs together to learn, exchange ideas and build meaningful relationships within the community.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Ivette supports LAR's marketing and communications, developing messaging and content that bring our programmes and initiatives to wider audiences. Her work helps strengthen community engagement and make information about entrepreneurship learning and support more accessible.
